STR-S3115 datasheet (+WTB)

Hey,

I'm looking for the datasheet for STR-S3115 used in many Sony PVMs.
Also if someone could sell me a couple of those that would be much helpful! (Found a few places online where they sell for $20/pc + $15 shipping + $30 tax on arrival, a bit steep for a single part).

AliExpress carries it but I don't know if we can trust, there are a lot of counterfeit/fake/remarked ICs around

I was looking for the datasheet to see if it could be replaced by something else.

I don't trust aliexpress either and the ebay links are pulled parts and from the US.
Doesn't leave much choice... :|
 
Yes, I know.Lately they ship only via couriers but I can say I had good experience with UTSOURCE, especially for hard to find components.You may think to add other parts to the order.

Understandable they use courrier given the situation. I also dealt with them before to buy CPS-A-01 chips.
I'm wondering if the repair is worth it after all, Q501 is also shot on the A board, Q502 should be preventively replaced, so as IC602 on the Q board.
