After hours of sanding and painting I gave up and had them powder coated. They look brand new now and are well protected. Mad props to Seattle Powder Coating.

Monitor and trim re-installed and doing an AV test with the XBOX360:

Next step will be getting the JVS->JVSPAC->PS3 working. Almost there!

I actually put an inline dimmer for the move strip so i can adjust the brightness. i turned it down and the pic came out better.
