i made some edits to niko's jvs to keyboard source code which makes it rather simple to build it for your desired setup. ill search for the thread soon and post a link here

Ok here is the a working version of the FE for nikos multi.

Some key things to note with how this functions:

NesicaXlive\AM\romlists\PC GAMES.txt is the game list config.
At this time i have it following the game naming scheme from the notniko torrent
Everything with this frontend is based on names. eg the artwork, the 1st parameter of the config entry and the folder the game resides in must all be the same
Only horizontal games are on the game list as this frontend can only be used in a horizontal setup.
i have set it up so you shouldn't have to do much beside uncomment (remove the # from start of the entry in the config file mentioned above) the non ttx games that have been released for nikos multi if you have them.
Please use below for the folder names
Arcana Heart 2
Arcana Heart 3
Crimzon Clover
Daemon Bride
Deathsmiles II
Suggoi! Arcana Heart 2

Ok now that is out of the way hes is how to install it

Select which version that suits your setup HD (16:9) or SD (4:3)

Copy the contents of E drive to the root of your games drive.
Next copy the contents of C drive to the root of the multis C drive(check the drive lables)

To revert back copy over the newest version of nikos update package as you would if updating.

Well Due to Version 1.0 Of coreys mod Version For anyone who has installed this and set it Awsome! you may have noticed a few things

No artwork for Kof13Climax, and the button to swap artwork (not sure if even bound) So following the folder setup, thankfully these are both issues that can be fixed outside of owning a TTX :D This fix also dose not matter if you downloaded the HD or SD versions.

1.2MB patch that adds the following

new kof 13 logo, wheel and flyer images
and the updated animate.nut file. fixes animation bugs

just tested it on the TTX2 multi and damn does it look sweet!

Something strange though: I used the file names like Corey mentioned and only 19 of the 29 games appear in the menu.
These games are missing from the list:

Raiden 3
Raiden 4
Deathsmiles
Arcana Hearth (all)
and some others...
 
i think he set it up to only show games that where working with out rotation ect
you can edit the romlist and add them / uncomment them out by going to

yup, that's it ;)

Will leave the TATE games out of it, but games like Deathsmiles I'd definitely want.
 
I added the updates, but Im worried that the new SSFIV and KOF13 names are off. Do I need to change anything in the rom list naming?

The folder name should be the games name. ie remove the {1.3} {TypeX} {Standalone}
 
Ok thanks. I had did that after looking more at it and changed 2.1 and 2.6 in Arcana to just 2 and 2. Ill try it out soon. Thanks.
 
i wouldn't recommend chaning the romlist, because i do not own nor know how coery as set this up to load on a real ttx. as long as the game folder matchs the one to the left it should load however
