What would be the cause of this? I have 360 pad hacks in my cab to for use with a Japanese 360 and all buttons work fine. So its something wrong past the amp connectors down. Any common things to look for?
I say pull out your multimeter and start testing for continuity from the the button and work your way back check for continuity a every connection point until you find the problem.
