Toaplan's first 16bit system

Hi,
I have had a nice chance to fiddle around Toaplan's technology lately, and ended up repairing a board which had one of those pesky hidden issues that are a typical pain to service. If you are curious about my quest against Brawshella, you might want to read this article. I hope the information contained in it can prove useful to the community.
