I played a few levels of this with 2 different characters (couldn't make it past level 3!) let it loop through attract mode and went and played around with test mode options.

So far it seems to play great!

Just an FYI you will need to change the cabinet type to "1P" in the game assignments before the game will boot, otherwise it complains.

I can also confirm this works both in Mame (with protection removed) and on the real ST-V.
