YES! Unlike Jorge's 2-in-1 carts the require a special Naomi BIOS (that only works on Naomi 1).
A true/proper Darksoft cart would load on any (1 or 2) Naomi system.

Hi Folks, have 2 Naomi boards here that i like to consolize or bring to life with this multi card. Somebody please point out for me what it actually can do... Play all the games from a cartridge without need for a raspberry and netboot is my estimation..

Can a Naomi Flash Cart actually run on with Chihiro and Triforce? How would it interface with these devices?

Keep in mind that I was talking about the Type 1s, that don't have an "integrated" DIMM/NetDIMM module.

These models use the exact same DIMM boards that the Naomi uses, so it might be possible.
