hi i have some system 256/246 games but some of then are too scratches and dosent work properly are there any way to download isos fo this games to allow me use whit my keys?

i have

tekken 5 dark resurection some times read errors and some time runs
soul calibur 2 dosent read
one wrestling game dont remember name some time read some times no

i download mame chd of this games but i try to covert from cht to bin and cue whit this comand
chdman extractcd -i blah.chd -o blah.cue -ob blah.bin

but said error can not convert to cd

could somebody help me to find a place to download this games?

We can help you trying to convert CHD to ISO, but to get download for ISOS use google. there are lots of sites for this.

If what you are trying to extract is a DVD, extractcd parameter won't work. Try extractraw instead.

ok let me check but what i should write

chdman extractraw -i blah.chd -o blah.cue -ob blah.bin

like that?

i try that one
chdman extractraw -i blah.chd -o blah.iso

and said error reading sc2.chd: read error

First of all, run a verify on the chd to check it's integrity using "chdman verify"

If that is OK, I can only think of you using extractHD instead of extractraw.

The rest seems OK to me and should work.

Notice that If you have an older version of chdman.exe then the command and its parameters change.
chdman.exe -extractcd gdt-0007a.chd 1.cue 1.bin

u are completly right chd i was using was bad i download new one and now i have a raw file of 4,5 gigas i can record now using ultra iso as dreygor told me right?

Did you end up going with this command?:

chdman extractraw -i blah.chd -o blah.iso

Yes I use that command and I got a raw file uncan just rename to .iso and record on DVD I allredy taste and work great.

Any body know a web whit all system 246/256 Mame chd I find some but only a few games there
Not all for example in emuparadise I can only find tekken 5.1 chd file other version like 5 or DR only small files

Hello Hello :)

My Contribution ^^

Sengoku Basara X Namco System 246

File .nrg or .iso

But with modified opening

I replaced the original one which was shorter, by the version PS2 JAP ;)

I would have liked to include the quality of the original soundtrack in the
game  , since the version of the game samples and horribly compress :( .

But it's beyond my skills ;(

^^ Could someone share me the Fate: Unlimited Codes (FUD1 ver.A) already
converted from the CHD file, which I still can not convert to normal iso
file format X/

Thank you ^^

Well its not an ISO... It's an 80Gb hdd image.

I created a drive for it by using dd to copy the raw extracted chd to a hard drive.

I heard that the real size of the game was between 2 & 4 Giga Bytes 8)

I already used the dd command to copy my original.

But I would like to have just the contents of the HDD not the HDD container, to install on a USB or SD card ^^ .

Might be able to just mount the image or something. I'll have a look if I get some time.

If you have the raw image extracted, and access to a linux terminal, you might literally be able to mount it as a drive.

That's assuming that it's like the CD games where the files aren't protected. I have no facts to back up that assumption at the moment though.

Hello,
an information ....... I downloaded Sengoku Basara X iso but I do not have the dongle chip ... is it possible to

no you need the dongle, but Defor is working on a 'universal' dongle;
We now return you to your regularly scheduled programming.
