What's new
Been out of cab game for awhile but arent there certain panels that have built in mounts for sanwa and seimitsu?
I know there are adapter plates to make the other sticks work. I know back in the day you’d get them from akishop and just order the appropriate plate.

Yes there are two kinds of panels for sticks. I was told to get an adapter plate but didnt know which one, because they all would seem to make the stick too short to use properly.

Wow, bump from the ages... I have LS32’s in one of my blasts right now. I got my repro panels from @alberto1225

Did you have to specify which sticks you planned on mounting when getting a repro?
Also care to share some pics of how its mounted? Without the joystick?
The type of stick / mount used on an original panel for a cab is dependent on what sticks it originally shipped with.

The panels that @alberto1225 makes accepts these mounting plates: https://www.flickr.com/photos/alberto1225/28426284384/

Which mount to this on the underside of the panel: https://www.flickr.com/photos/alberto1225/31361094270/

His section here on the forum has more information. I highly recommend his repros, they're the best in the business and many members of the forum now use them without any issues: https://www.arcade-projects.com/forums/index.php?forums/alberto1225-custom-panels.88/

Isn’t there a longer seimitsu? LS52 or something like that? Would adapter plate and that work? Might still feel weird though. But thanks for the info. The repros look nice. I might look into it.

Seconded. If you don't mind spending the cash to get a new panel you'll be super happy with the quality, and his 'universal' mounts are nice and versatile.
