[Fixed]ROM ERROR

Keep us guys updated. We'll sort it out.

I'm trying to convince @acblunden2 to come back to my house with his F3 multi to see if his works on my motherboard. So far we have confirmed:
My F3 Multi + My Motherboard = ROM Error
Normal F3 Cart + My Motherboard = Great time!
Still want to test:
2nd F3 Multi + My Motherboard
My F3 Multi + 2nd Motherboard

Will contact Mitsu about send in my F3 cart once I am able to test the last 2 cases.

Confirmed my F3 cart is the problem. I tested:
2nd F3 multi + my motherboard = joy
My F3 multi + 2nd motherboard = ROM ERROR
my SD Card also worked fine in @acblunden2 F3 multi

I'll be sending this into @Mitsurugi-w for repair

One scratched trace by the ARM preventing games from loading. If you look closely you can see the nail polish.
