Same here. Just work your way around it and use little pressure if you don't want to damage the plastic casing surrounding it.I put a small flathead screwdriver on each side and just pop it out.
Wow I never would have thought of that. And I also have a dremel tool that I could have used LOL.The plastic is so soft and brittle, I've never been able to pry them out w/o making marks, so I just drill them now. It's a pain, but I'd rather not bung up the plastic. Here's my strategy:
