Hey all,

Just got a CPS2 with a bolt with a C holding the b board together and the A board together.

Its very irritating. Anyone have a bit for these, or should i just drill the sucker out?

HI, me again.

They are not screwed in, they are called "Capcom Push Pins" and you can just yank them out. HOORAY!

I had one of those in one of my B boards and I ended up drilling it out.. worked fine and didn't leave any marks.

I have heard that you can yank them out though if you are able to grab onto both sides of the pin with something.

I put a small flathead screwdriver on each side and just pop it out.

Same here. Just work your way around it and use little pressure if you don't want to damage the plastic casing surrounding it.

Just got a cps2 today and I had to do the Capcom bolt removal. Luckily it didn't take me long and wasn't too difficult. Just used a flathead screwdriver and pried it out. It was only for the A board however. Eventually I want to replace the noisy fan so it had to be done lol.
