Hi Guys,
I'm the happy owner of an original Irem M84 R-Type II board.
I'm playing through a HAS V3 Supergun on a TV and everything runs fine but ?(
While playing I can't see the score and vessel informations part on the screen
When I rotate the screen through the dipswitch config I can see them, otherwise nothing.

Is there any setting to do ?
Even when I try to adjust the screen this part is still missing

Thanks for help

What kind of connection are you using to connect your HAS up to the TV? What kind of TV do you have?

I tried with an RGB cable straight to : 1- Samsung LCD 2- Blaupunkt LCD 3- Sony CRT
I tried also a connection through an XRGB-2 (VGA) to 2
And also using a DVDO VP50 (HDMI) to 1 and 2

On your DVDO VP50, make sure Overscan is set to 0% in the Input Adjust menu. Then use the Line Offset adjustment - it adjusts the picture up and down vertically.

Done, but still nothing :(
I'm probably wrong but it seems that the board is not outputting the full image :( is it possible ?

You have access to an actual cab to test it?
Tried my R-Type 2 PCB in my NNC yesterday and I have to increase the screen size as it was to small compared to the previous PCB I had in my cab.

I'll try and test it at some friends place
Well since there is no known issue with that I'll keep testing (different CRT, screens)

Still didn't test on a cab but I have the same issue with the OSSC coupled to DVDO ...

Do someone know how the dipswitch manage to rotate the image ?

SW2 dip #1 controls the screen flip.
