Looks great.. I want the plexi:).. can you sell me a kit or tell me where to get it:)

Hey, great job, love the red shade! Quick question - I've been doing something similar for my most-valued PCB's, but I'm going through a lot of plexiglass, as it keps cracking on me as I cut it (using a multitool with a plexiglass-cutting accessory). Any tips on where i'm going wrong? It looks awesome when I manage it, but at the minute I'm losing too much material to be able to afford it...

Acrylic cuts like butter with standard router bits. I've cut all my plastics this way for years. I would love a CNC router and/or laser at some point but for now this has to do :)

[Here's] a little video for you of cutting 3mm 1/8" acrylic. 1st bit is a 3/8" flush trim bit with a 1/2" bearing on. 2nd bit is a 1/2" flush trim bit.

You don't need to use two bits, you just get a better finish with two bits which speeds up polishing the edges afterwards.

Feel free to ask any questions. Maybe PM me or open another thread to avoid filling papierkorb's thread

That video was borderline pornographic to me. I'll look into that some more, seems like I finally know what I want for Christmas. I'll definitely PM you if/when I run into any roadblocks - thank you!
