New Section for General Jamma and pre-Jamma projects

I have created a new section for Jamma and Pre-Jamma projects. I feel that section was missing since long ago. C'mon guys let's tune up our PCBs. Who wants to convert a Konami PCB into TMNT or a Rygar PCB into GnG?
