I'm trying to determine the source of the clicking. Any ideas?

Are you running a game? a lot of PSUs will click if there is no game installed to draw power.

The game powers up. I googled a bit and it's something with the monitor and shutting down cause of a surge or something.

My coin counter will click if there is no coin in the comparitor as soon as I close the door. Check if it still clicks when the coin door is open.

I went ahead and sent the monitor for repair. Took them 1 day. It was a resistor. Was causing the surge relay or something to restart over and over.
