After @SmokeMonster's awesome work and recap log, I decided to check my own Namco System 11 and System 12 board and found some missing caps as well (although my boards all work fine?)
This made me create some capacitor overview maps and I plan to go over my other board and make similar overviews which I will post here.
Namco System 11 (verified on Tekken 2)
There are some minor variations on Xevious 3D board.
C42 and C45 = 2.2uF 50V
C46 = 470uF 10V
