My Chihiro has started locking up after a few minutes of game play. It is completely unresponsive and has to be power cycled.
Can't enter the service menu.

So far I have (previously) done the following maintenance:

- replaced the power caps on the xbox motherboard
- removed the heatsink from both the CPU and GPU, removed the old thermal paste and put new silver paste on
- replaced the CR2032 battery

Any thoughts on what I should do next?

Could be bad power. But it power is ok then it sounds like the GPU needs to be reballed. DO NOT turn it on again until you do so.

Is there a pin out for the power plug so I can check the voltages?

Caps were probably done about 5 years ago. You think it’s worth doing them again?

Doubt it. 5 years is not very long for caps.

It's basically 3V3, 5V and 12V that arrive on the chihiro. There are 3 led's on the filter board next to the power connector that light up when the system is powered. Make sure the gpu fan is running as expected. GPU overheating is the most known cause of dead for chihiro main boards. If the board at the back of the gpu is decolored brownish, you know it overheated at least once during it's lifetime. You can use a pc ATX supply to power the chihiro.
