Since I'm also new, from Germany, and only about 100km away from you Breakerpc i'll just post in here - two threads with with almost identical introductions seemed a bit much.
I built a little Bartop from Arcadeforge in December, upgraded it so that i can play JAMMA games and already have a nice litte MVS collection. At the moment I am waiting for the Darksoft CPS2 and the ST-V multicart.
Building the Bartop and doing for example the Soundfix an the DIP-Switch-Mod on the MVS-Multicart were almost as much fun as gaming itself, but its still a steep learning curve for me since i've got close to no knowledge in electronics (apart from using it
) So please excuse me if i ask completely dumb questions...
On the other hand there is so much to learn in here
