CPS1 A Board diagnostic help

I have a SF2WW that i got a while back for cheap and doesn't boot at all. I recently came into some various states of non-working A boards, and since I'm waiting on some parts for more important projects, I decided to see what the state of them is. Two seem more promising than the rest. One gets a flashing screen and repeatedly plays the "uppercut" vocal clip, but another looks nearly functional (at least by comparison). I took a video of the better one (sorry for the quiet audio, but it sounds right to me), and even if i go to the test menu, it looks like the startup text (cutoff and off to the left). Anyone have any tips on what to look for in the ones that at least output anything? Any common parts that go (besides the CPS-A-01)? I have a few I can try to frankenstein into one functional board.

Not booting at all sounds more like a B or C problem to me, focus your efforts there first
