Metal Black PCB - White Noise?

Just wondering if anyone out there with a single layer Metal Black PCB has experienced relatively loud white noise in the background?


I'm currently playing it on a Boardmaster Supergun.


The PCB is a little strange as it seems to take a while to get crackin' too.

Sounds to me like you should replace the capacitors and see if things improve. Sound problems + change in behavior over time = cap issues
