Does this Pang cps1 pcb, already phoenixed, is good for a future multi?
 
Eproms don't have the original stickers, so most likely reprogrammed after the battery died.
But it does has a 'Dash' 12MHz A board, so that's good :thumbup:
 
Pang!3 Have no battery on his original C board.
I think it's a bootleg (i haven' t see the picture).

if it's a bootleg, sometimes, it's a 10mhz.
 
ok, then the roms are reprogrammed for other reasons.
Picture shows a Mitchell B board and a 'dash' sticker on the A board
 
'Dash' means it is a 12MHz A board instead of the earlier 10MHz A board.
The 12MHz dash board is the standard board for most newer games and was introduced with Street Fighter 2' (Champion Edition) if I'm correct
