Help with a Street Fighter 2 Board

Hello

My SF2 card has some problems in the graphics, it arrived today from ebay, and I am in doubt if someone changed the location of some eprom, and it is mounted on a board that contains 12mhz crystal and not 10

It has three rows with 4 eprons in each, the sequence that is here on my board is ..
1M - 2M - 13M
5M - 6M - 9M
3M - 4M - 11M
7M - 8M - 15M

if someone who has the board can check if it is correct, I am very grateful

Find the problem, just swap epron 13m and 9m

I'd suggest that next time, you provide some pictures and maybe a CRC of the eproms. That would help us narrrowing down your problem easier.
