Got this board as unknown in a bag.... three seperate boards which looked like a moon patrol bootleg with the sound and top board combined into one.
Started to check the roms with romident, but none of them checked out.
All 10 Mitshitbishi 2764 roms were bad. Luckily, one had survived, the sound rom, so I could identify the game.

Found 10 2764 roms, programmed them all, and we have a working game except for sound.

Ran my finger across the amp pins and got a buzz, so te amp section works.
Found a Moon patrol sound board and started swapping chips; first try was the 6803 processor and sound is back.

All working fine now, I love an easy fix

One thing I found on my Zippy Race board I repaired as well was the sound amp was dead, after replacement of that there was no issue but before that it was all static.

Another issue was with the ribbon cable. one was not making a good connection and was causing the colors to go in and out. Flexing the cable brought the color back and scuffing up the pins a bit to go into the ribbon cable fixed the issue.
