Hey guys,

We have a Sega Gunblade machine that we got off MuddyMusic in the arcade which has been working nicely since we have got it.

Unfortunately the other day the sound vanished. We checked the volume pot, volume settings and cables, everything seem normal.

When the arcade was closed we investigated futher with no background noise from the arcade, and we noticed that it is playing sound but VERY VERY quietly. You have to put your ear on the sound grill to hear it.

Any ideas on whats wrong? Is it the sound amp?

I have uploaded some images to hopefully help.

Any pointers would be much appreciated

I would investigate the amp. Is it still getting power? Etc.

I can't see any leds on the amp so, I don't know if it is or isn't getting juice. On newer sega amps they normally show a led or something.

Meter the power leads to the amp and check all cabinet fuses.

Thank you I'll give that a shot and report back.
