Driving cab panel question

Hi

I have several PCB's and multis and I use them with a supergun, which is great for most games, except driving games, gun games and other with special controls

For my question, as an example, I have a Naomi PCB with Capcom I/O which I use with my supergun with great compability and easy of use

I know I can use Mitsurgi-W PCB Helper and a modded driving wheel, but, following my example, if I buy a Naomi driving control panel (Crazy Taxi for example), will it connect to the Naomi PCB and directly have a driving setup? Do I need some more hardware?

I'd like to know my options regarding this... I don't know how to mod a driving wheel or soldering, so maybe it will be easier for me to just buy a control panel for that

Different games will have diferent hardware requirements. Some games will require that you even have the lights working. But you will almost suredly need a different I/O than Capcom's. Net/net, it requires more than just a control panel.
