I could never get a taobao order to work, even with a buying agent. That will prevent sales too, at least from customers outside China.

I gave up trying to get anything. Taobao is highly unsafe and offers no protection for the buyer. If it was on aliexpress, that adds some level of protection. A pity really.
Tabao does not seem to work here in the USA.
