Soo.. i bought one of hursits cps2 metal case and it require me to solder wires to the A board test and volume buttons, i never soldering anything in my life but i bought all the equipment to learn as this is a necessary skill for this lovely hobby. Long story short I watched a few videos and felt confident to Solder and faileddd , i think my mistake was having the heat to low (300c) and i kept the iron to long on the board or i was trying to get a better solder and kept putting the iron on it to much. So now i have no sound :S , then i desolder the mess i did and tried it on 360c heat and put some solder on it but still no sound... buttt the test button works its just the volume up&down buttons that dont work. I dont know if i shorted it out or burn the pcb a little, any suggestion??

I think you have either cut the connection to the Volume Up button (pressing it doesn't close the circuit) or you have shorted the circuit on the Volume Down button (it's continuously open). If you have a multimeter, both scenarios would be easy to check.

All fixed  , i desolder the mess i made and practice a little on a dead board and walaaa got the sound fixed and everything else solder. Now my soldering skill Are much better ^^

FYI. The volume buttons can also be wired to the kick harness and the test button can be wired on the JAMMA edge.
