Here on Long Island in N.Y.
Collecting / Hording arcade games for years now .. Mostly 80’s stuff

It all started for me with an ad I found in the classified section of the local newspaper ...
I paid $100 for a punchout that was converted to a street fighter :)

I Love this hobby and the community
Very happy to join the forum
Looking forward to reading about everyone’s arcade addiction and adventure

Well, I can be an honorary mod, lol.

While it would be cool to have lets say a northeast section, etc... where members can discuss things happening near us, events, etc..plan meetups, arrange for stuff to get shipped together, group buys and what not, not sure if there would be a lot of interest, we are so global. But, if other members chime in that they do then if would be certainly welcomed :) Maybe have subsections of lets days west coast / east coast, north east, south east, etc... Maybe put it up to a vote and see if there is interest?
 
Definitely you raised a good point with the events thing. In any case if we open it for one region others will follow. One of the things we definitely need is use this forum as a tool to grab arcade fans together. :thumbup:

Why don't we open a thread poll about it so we don't derail this one?
