Who can fix a Joerg PGM conversion? State-side?

I bought DOJ and Ketsui from Joerg a couple years ago. Both had issues when I received them. Ketsui worked "most" of the time, but DOJ did not. I sent it back to him and he repaired it. Now Ketsui does not work at all. It boots to garbage. I no longer want to deal with him.

Open her up and see if anything looks loose.

My DoJ lags when playing a two player game. It almost looks like it's loading then once the two ships appear it goes away. Hope that isn't a sign of things to come.
