I think it's best to replace with Philip screws which will be much more convenient. Capcom made those screws to make it difficult for regular people to take it apart. Now, it's yours, why not make it easy for yourself. I'm pretty sure you can find Philip with same length and thickness. Just my 2 cents.

If you're talking about the metal bolt with the Capcom "C" at one end then it's not a screw. The 2 parts are popped together.
Best way to remove it is to drill but I've seen people using flat screwdrivers on each side to "unclip" the two parts but usually you end up scratching the case.
Other screws are simple TORX ones.

Just adding to the above posts. If it's the Capcom C bolt, it's made of pretty soft stuff and can be drilled out, a hand drill would be best using a M3 or M4 bit.

Not good, the thread is different. On your link those screws are for metal (thin thread) but on Capcom boards they are for plastic (thicker thread).
