I try to extract rom about After Burner 2, Outrun & Space Harrier from SEGA AGES on SEGA Saturn. This port is the best, better than original arcade. It's not an emulation but a true port enhanced, because chip's saturn is same familly chip old sega system (ante model 1).
For example inside disc we have OUT.BIN, I assume that rom is here, but it's a impossible to extract file inside. Some way from this website:

Also I cant succes and I have no idea. Could you help me please to extract from this .BIN.
