Hey guys. So after months of work, I was able to take a beat up and parted out Midway cab and restore it into a SF2 CE Big Blue dedicated machine. Purists will hate that I used a midway cab for this, but Street Fighter didn’t have a dedicated cab. And I thought the midway cab, being one of my favs, would look awesome as a Big Blue. I built the control panel from scratch, which was a good amount of work, but it turned out alright. Laminated the sides, put a WG 7400 in it so I wouldn’t need a transformer, and the rest is fairly evident from the pics. This is my first complete build so I’m happy with how it turned out. And it does! Plus, seeing a cab rescued > seeing a cab turned into shelving. You did a fine job and must be dedicated to the Street Fighter game. Here is to hoping you join the Big Blue club some day!
