Yup, I just trimmed away the extra space around the logo, as SM adds a small border around the design by default. Cut lines are added automatically, and the proof looked decent enough.

Thanks UD, reverted a rev6, 7 and two rev 4s today to non-phoenix roms / working state. All working fantastic. Really easy DIY kit.

Marvel vs Capcom Asia on rev 7
X-Men vs Street Fighter Asia on rev 6

Both working perfectly and a super clean install with the solder tabs on the edges
