After importing the UK Upright variant of HODIII I needed to clean up one of the guns since it was behaving poorly.
JPT-2030 seems to be what most folks are after... and all I can say is the price is too damn high for a "gun sensor"!

Even the knock offs...

I saw a few people mention a "lens", I was not exactly sure the black plastic part was indeed a "lens" but I knew mine was chewed to hell at the very least.

I went ahead a pre-ordered some from an upcoming SuzoHapp batch of them. They have since showed up, and I wanted to share my experience with them.

After tearing my gun down, and simply removing the old "holder" or "lens", I cleaned the sensor array with a Q-tip and alcohol as it was covered in black dust and small plastic chunks. The debris seemed to be the result of years of the gun banging on the holster, etc. After the alcohol dried, and I ensured there were not additional impurities on the sensor, I closed it all back up with the new lens.
Everything rocks out now as you can see in the video here.
