Long LCD cable

I need to buy the long LCD cable for my multi-kit. I see it's for add-on only for sale here.

How can I order just the long LCD cable by itself as I already have the multi-kit.

Another option is to make your own, it's quite easy.

Grab a roll of ribbon cable, the IDC connectors and some wire braid and you're done.
