Recapping Service/Person recommendation?

Sorry if this is not the right forum section for this, I have a some boards that need recapping - can anyone recommend a person/company they had great results with, quality caps, and OCD level of detail to quality?

I have a Ms-9, wells gardener that need work.

Yes, since you're in VA swing over to the KLOV forums and look for the guy in MD, I think his name is Andrew, that does great cap work, or at least did 10 years ago. If he's no longer available, they have a thread dedicated to people who repair PCBs.
