There's no free play setting on Ninja Gaiden.

Did a cap kit on wells Gardner 4900 19" monitor and problem still exists (see picture, bright vertical line left side of monitor and fuzzy/static on characters during game play). I tried two other game boards and they look perfect! The problem must be the ninja gaiden pcb, not the monitor. Thoughts?

Fujitsu ram chips! Probably around 6 or more on the board, most are socketed so it's easy to replace them.
