I've set myself the challenge of learning how to program Palce16v8h Ic for various projects...someone has kindly programmed a few for me but if like to do my own(I'm guessing these are open) I'm relatively new to programming I have a minipro Tl866, I've used it mainly for Eproms so far. I don't think these devises are supported but can they be read as any other ic devise or would I need a new Programmer... if so any recommendations for a low budget one?
