What's new
Hey guys,

not much activity in this thread for a bit so I thought I’d jump in and just say a quick g’day

G’day

Howdy, it’s looks like Highway have a bunch of Astro City cabs up for sale at the moment on eBay.

I know some members here who got other cabs from Highway recently and they were pretty good. They were also LCD cabs though. If you do proceed, make sure you get many photos and ask many questions :)

There's an AA member who got a couple of astros from highway from this container. The pictures looked pretty straight.

Can I update my looking for list and say I'm after a rotary joystick for Midnight resistance if someone has one they might part with?

Cheers :)

Not arcade related but if you are a C64 fan, @Frank_fjs and I bought Pi1541 modules from a local guy named Nick.

Well made, well priced and he donates a portion to the creator.

I did it myself with a top3000 burner, but if you need a hand, just yell out. I’ll do it for you if you just pay return shipping.

Hi,

I joined here a while ago but this is my first post. I have much to learn (so, so much), but am super excited to be here after ordering an Arcooda Game Wizard Xtreme today. (It's been a years-long journey of wanting something like this) :). As for arcade cred, I don't have much. I worked at 10/4 Amusements in Melbourne for a while in the late 1980s (owned by LAI, along with Timezone and Flashback). And I owned a Taito Space Invaders cocktail cabinet for a few years a long time ago...

3. Not much directly, but happy to listen. I travel for work so sometimes am able to mule things from Japan or USA? :)
4. Probably answers to a lot of questions once my cabinet arrives.

Oh, and Happy New Year! :)

Just a quick message to check in to make sure everyone’s doing ok with these fires. I know a few of you are in rural areas. Please send a line if there is anything anyone here can possibly help you out with if you’re affected. Take care.
