I've got good video but no sound. This transistor looks like it got smacked. Should I just add a little solder or does this need to be pulled and a new one installed? Any advice is appreciated

You could pull it out, test it with a multimeter, and if it's good, solder it back in.

Or you could just resolder all three legs. Most likely the transistor is fine.

I'd just resolder it and see how it goes.

I've found that with physical damage to transistors generally the legs will snap off before you damage it internally.

capacitors and crystals will often be damaged internally before the solder breaks.

you can usually tell if the leg feels lose in the component body then replace it, if it's still mounted solid, like new, then it's probably fine.

Those solder joints look really sad. Try just reflowing fresh solder there first and see if you get an improvement
