Hello, I have found a source for these chips at a decent price. The seller seems trustable and he says they are pulled from working equipment:

They came with clean legs and properly packaged against ESD. I have tested one Motorola 68000 16MHz and it works fine. I have not tried to clean with acetone though, but I think they are authentic.
