Blast City Speaker Alternatives

Can someone recommend me speaker replacement for the Blast City cab.

I've been hunting a replacements for years but I ended up just re-foaming the surrounds. I could not get a thin enough material to allow the cone to move freely, so a lot of bass is gone but at least they do not "fart" anymore.

The Ebay seller https://www.ebay.com/usr/yaton6262 has them from time to time.
Keep an eye to his sales.
It'll take a month to get em from China and read/review his sales carefully.
Sometimes you end up with crazy dusty-ass shit.
So far, I've had great experience with him as a buyer.

You could also re-foam them, or what I've seen is people using masking tape as a temp solution that works pretty well.

My last speaker replacement from him were from an "Initial-D" cabinet and all I had to do was reuse the speaker terminals from the old units.

I’ve been wanting to attempt refoaming some of my drivers. Can you link or provide any info about the foam you used? Even if it’s not right sharing that info will help find one that is.

I purchased new drop in speakers from alberto1225 on the neo-geo forum. He probably still has some. They were $30 plus $12 shipping.
You have to slightly modify the speaker box. There was picture instructions he provided too.
