Help with Neo Geo MVS?

Hello,

I have a MV1FS that has some issues with sprites. Rather than trying to explain it, it's easier to just post a video:

I've looked through many forum posts and troubleshooting guides, but don't see anything that looks quite like this. The board looks pretty clean. No gouges or corrosion. I've done a bit of testing, but everything I checked looks ok. Anyone have any ideas, or a direction to take?

Do you see this effect in all your MVS carts/games or only this one?

I should have said, this is the only cart I have... But, it works perfectly in a different system.
