Sega 315-5103 custom chip (Enduro Racer, Space Harrier, etc.)

Hi guys,
Can anyone provide me a dump of the 315-5103 custom chip found on certain versions of the sound board of Enduro Racer and Space Harrier.
Device is a PLS153 (or equivalent) so can't be read protected, making it simple to dump.
