    • If the pin is on a side good chance it's a power pin (either +5V or ground). In this case you don't need to replace it since multiple pins are used for power.
      If it's actually used for a signal then swap it with one of the power pins from the sides.

      - OutRun boardset even untested or not working
      - Sega Super Scaler hardware (Out Run, Model X, Model Y), even with faulty PCM chip
