Hi,
In the sad scenario that you have to install a LCD in a MK2 cabinet, what would be your choice? Concerning low lag and it fits a MK cabinet.

Thanks!

Here's what I would do:

1. Forget your terrible idea.
2. Source a CRT for that cab.
3. If you still remember your idea from #1, smack yourself.
4. Now that you have that sweet, sweet CRT in your MK2 cab. Profit.

OK, real answer since you might really not be able to get a CRT. Try to find a 4:3 LCD or maybe an actual arcade monitor LCD. That being said, if it's a REAL MK2 cab, none will be big enough.

Post a picture of your cab. What's the size of the monitor? What's wrong with your monitor? Can we help you fix the real CRT first?

Let's get that bad boy working. LCD is very worst case scenario, especially for something as great as MK.

Dont go LCD. A 4:3 will be to small and a 16:9 wont look right. If a arcade monitor is unavailable find a 25" or even 27" tv with component inputs. Remove the shell and speakers and get a rgb to component adapter and use that. If your going to go through all that trouble though you might as well find a 25" tv pull the tube and find a used WG k7000 chassis. Ive been lucky with the 25" sanyo tv's I have found. Both had k7000 compatible yolks.
