Hi all,
In a (foolish) effort to keep the insides of my cab clean, I was thinking of building a small harness that connects to the 60pin 'G'-labeled IO connector (which would normally plug into the JVS IO Board) and wiring that into two Brooks PCBs.
The advantage is that I could keep the original wiring and only have one connector to switch when swapping between a JVS IO and Brooks.
I found the following connector that looks like what I need, but I do not really want to order 1000 pieces for a simple hobby project:
https://japanese.alibaba.com/produc...r-staright-type-long-latches-60695147593.html
Has anyone done anything similar and would know where to source the connector?
Alternatively, would you instead recommend connecting to the J (for player 1), K (for player 2) and C (for the coin mech) connectors?
Thanks!
