Anyone able to burn TSOP56?

Not really wanting to drop $60 and wait months for shipping from China to get an adapter for my programmer if at all possible. So I'm hoping someone on here can help me out by burning a few things for me.

Intel e28f128j3a-150.

My programmer supports them but no DIP48 - > TSOP56 adapter.

Says it can do those and I have an adapter, need to verify its the correct one/type as there are 2 of them available for my programmer.

Ok, can do, do the these need to be programmed in circuit or just loose chips?
