Hotd 1 monitor issues

can't seem to get the color right.
The controller board seems to not help alot. The colors were right when I picked it up. Maybe the bumpy road shift something.

There is alot many pots on the chassis and don't wanna change many things when could be simple.
Any help would be nice.

It needs to be degaussed. The pots won't help at all, so leave them be.

If there's a button for it in the cab or on the chassis, touch that and you're good to go.

In HOTD2 and on at least the service panel looks like this. You'd press the demag button.

wow I check but guess I missed that.

Now for some reason 1p gun doesnt work. Trigger is good but nothing is happening. Try doing manual adjustments but just flashing. Cant test p2 Trigger is missing waiting on parts.

checked again if I put my finger one some of the solder points it shoots but all over the place. Could be bad optic ?
