So I am also looking to have the Sidearts from the „C“ printed but they look quite identical to the „F“
Do you actually need to print them on Silver Foil?
I thought in the .ai it should already contain the silver color

what exactly do you mean by that?
I was referring to the .ai files where F and C are nearly identical ( red on white)
wherease it should be red on silver for C
Any updates on how this came out?

Yes, you CANNOT paint that brushed aluminum look... It MUST be printed on special "foil" material (white = silver for C).

That‘s what I found out during my research last week as well. I called some professional Printing Companies and discussed the Files. They said that they can print on Aluminum Foil but the red would always change in color a bit and become a slight metallic red. Alternative would be to have it screen printed where they print white before red but that would be ridiculously expensive.
However the color of the „C“ File I mentioned in my post is rather magenta than red (more like the „F“)
So I doubt that the print would look like the original Red on the C that‘s why I didn‘t order a print

I don't think even the officials are done this way... I can take another look, but I'm 99.9% sure the red paint is/was applied directly to the foil medium.
Yes its very dark red/matches the red on the control panel overlay.
You are correct, need to print it on the actual brushed aluminium foil. Found a good match so that is no problem.
I plan to print it with two layers, a base white and the red on top for opacity. If I do that the red looks normal, as if printed on white vinyl.
If I don't use a base white underneath the red will indeed look more metallic from aluminium vinyl.
So all depends on what finish we are looking for but both are possible and not that expensive.
I print all myself by the way, don't outsource anything. I have the equipment to print white.
